Since 1998, Liz has been a vital asset to the Falco Sult team. Now a principal, she manages the firm’s audit, accounting, quality control, research and technical review practices. She also provides part-time CFO and compliance services as well as performance-based measurement systems to many business clients.

Since 1998, Liz has been a vital asset to the Falco Sult team. Now a principal, she manages the firm’s audit, accounting, quality control, research and technical review practices. She also provides part-time CFO and compliance services as well as performance-based measurement systems to many business clients.

Her clients span a wide range of industries including real estate, construction, bioscience, laboratory testing, wholesale distribution manufacturing and service organizations.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, she also helps students develop communications skills and build relationships in the virtual mentoring program at Western Washington University.

She spent six years serving as on the Board of Directors and as Finance Chair of Washington Women in Need, nonprofit entity providing grants to low income women. She has also served on the Board of Directors and chaired the Investment Committee for the Eastside Legal Assistance Program, a nonprofit organization providing civil legal assistance to low income residents of East and Northeast King County, as well as chairperson on the Bellevue College Paraprofessional Accounting Advisory Committee where she offered input, ideas and advice regarding the program’s direction for current accounting students. In addition to participating in a variety of volunteer activities with the Girl Scouts of America, Liz has served as volunteer with Homeward Pet Adoption Center in Woodinville.

Liz received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State College in Denver. Before moving to Washington, Liz was a junior partner with Wagner & White, P.C., a CPA firm in Golden, Colorado. She has worked in public accounting for over 30 years.

Liz enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with her golden retriever, Gunner.  And in true auditor form, she loves solving puzzles.
