Chris is a founding partner of Falco Sult. He heads the firm's management advisory services and consulting functions. Chris's clients cover a wide range of industries including real estate, construction, high tech, property management, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, professional services and service organizations. In addition to being a licensed CPA, Chris is also a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions advisor and business broker. Chris received his Bachelor's in Science from the University of New Mexico, is a Chartered Merger & Acquisition Advisor, and Certified Business Intermediary.

Bruce Sult

Bruce Sult

CPA/ABV, MS(Tax), CVA

Bruce is a founding partner of Falco Sult. His practice encompasses tax planning, tax compliance, and consulting on financial and business matters. Bruce is licensed in valuation services and is a mergers & acquisitions advisor and business broker. In addition to his Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Western Washington University, Bruce holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor and has his Series 7 and insurance licenses.

Liz Feucht

Elizabeth Feucht

CPA, Principal

Liz has been with the firm since 1998. She manages Audit, Accounting, Quality Control, Research and Technical review. In addition to compliance services, she also provides Part-Time CFO services and Performance Based Measurement Systems for many business clients. Liz received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Metropolitan State College in Denver.

Lindsey McDowell

Lindsey McDowell

CPA, MAFF, Principal

Lindsey has been with the firm since 2006. In addition to tax and financial reporting services, she provides Part-Time CFO services and has a strong focus in accounting, auditing and forensic accounting. Lindsey received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Washington University and recently acquired her MAFF credential (Master Analyst in Financial Forensics).

Gerry Michael

CPA, CMA, MBA, Principal

Gerry heads the Graphic Arts Specialty Section of the firm, having previously been both an owner, and a partner, of firms which specialize in this industry. He provides an objective, independent perspective, and recommendations and advice based on nearly 40 years of experience working with small to medium sized businesses, and their owners. Gerry is a nationally recognized expert in the Graphic Arts industry, and is a frequent author, speaker, and seminar facilitator for various industry groups, and has spoken to business owners and managers across the country.

Ricky Waldmann

CPA, MPAcc, Supervisor

Ricky joined the firm in November of 2014 after almost three years of experience at a mid-sized, regional accounting firm in Seattle. His areas of expertise include tax services for high net-worth individuals and closely held family businesses. Ricky received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Professional Accounting degrees from Western Washington University.

Leigh Johnson

CPA, MPAcc, Supervisor

Leigh joined the firm in August 2011. She provides the firm's business and individual clients with tax and financial reporting services. Leigh received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Professional Accounting degrees from Western Washington University. She also holds an Associate of Arts and Technical Arts degree in paralegal studies.

Megan Moes

Megan Moes

Senior Accountant

Megan joined the firm in June 2014. She provides the firm’s business and individual clients with tax and financial reporting services. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Western Washington University. She is currently sitting for the CPA exam in pursuit of her CPA licensing.

Angie Green

Angie Green

Accounting Services Manager

Angie is a Certified Advanced QuickBooks Proadvisor and has been with the firm since 1994. She provides compliance and Part-Time CFO services for many of the firm’s business clients. She also consults with clients on QuickBooks from set-up to training and assists with problem solving and accounting issues once clients are up and running. Angie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and also maintains Advanced certifications with QuickBooks.

Brittany Hughes

Brittany Hughes

Firm Administrator

Brittany joined the firm in July 2013. She oversees each of the firm’s administrative departments, from client relations to human resources and recruitment. Brittany received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington with a focus in Creative Writing, and also holds a Master in Teaching. In her spare time, she is working on a novel.

Amy Walsh

Amy Walsh

Administrative Assistant

Amy has been with Falco Sult since May 2014, ensuring the functionality of the office by providing support to all levels of staff and maintaining the front. She has an Associates of Arts and Sciences degree from Bellevue College. Amy enjoys spending her free time creating art and building furniture.
