Bruce is a founding partner of Falco Sult. His practice encompasses a broad range of tax planning, tax compliance and consulting on financial and business matters for closely held businesses and their owners. He heads the firm's Tax practice in addition to overseeing the administration of the firm. Bruce is also licensed in valuation services to include an Accreditation in Business Valuation and Certified Valuation Analyst credentials. He is also a mergers & acquisitions advisor and business broker.

In addition to his undergraduate work at Western Washington University where he received his Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, Bruce holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor and has his Series 7 and insurance licenses.

Liz has been with the firm since 1998. She manages Audit, Accounting, Quality Control, Research and Technical review. In addition to compliance services, she also provides Part-Time CFO services and Performance Based Measurement Systems for many business clients. Liz works with a wide range of clients in industries including real estate, construction, bio-science, laboratory testing, wholesale distribution manufacturing, and service organizations.

Liz received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Metropolitan State College in Denver. Before moving to Washington, Liz was a junior partner with Wagner & White, P.C., a CPA firm in Golden, Colorado. She has worked in public accounting for over 23 years.

Cathy has been with the firm since 2003. She manages the firm's Corporate and Individual tax practice. Her background includes business and individual tax planning, tax compliance and consulting for closely held businesses, and compliance review on individual, partnership and corporate tax returns. Cathy serves clients in a broad range of industries including real estate, construction, professional services and service organizations.

Cathy received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and her Master of Science in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Angie is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor and has been with the firm since 1994. She provides compliance and Part-Time CFO services for many of the firm’s business clients. She also consults with clients on QuickBooks from set-up to training and assists with problem solving and accounting issues once clients are up and running.

Angie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and also maintains Advanced certifications with QuickBooks, having expertise in a variety of their product offerings to include QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise. She has worked in the accounting profession for over 32 years.

Lindsey has been with the firm since 2006. In addition to providing clients with tax and financial reporting services, she provides Part-Time CFO services and consulting for closely held businesses and their owners. Her consulting engagements include tax planning, tax matters and/or research, as well as federal and state reporting requirements. Lindsey is also an integral member and leader in the firm's recruitment activities and related events.

Lindsey received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Washington University.

Mary is a marketing professional and executive with Falco Sult and has been with the firm since 1998. Her background includes client services in paraprofessional accounting in addition to several years of experience in firm administration. She is also the primary brokerage associate to the partners of Falco Sult's business brokerage and mergers & acquisitions division.

Mary holds a certificate degree in Paraprofessional Accounting from Bellevue College. She is also a Notary Public in the state of Washington.
